Your Business Plan is the foundation document for your organisation’s project or the development of your new product/service/concept. It should include (in addition to the components of the marketing plan) :
  • an in-depth analysis of your financial section,
  •  a description of the various aspects of implementing your project : process, internal organisation, production, ...
  • an HR section: team management, ...
In short, it contains all the key elements involved in managing your company.
It enables you :
  • to define an operational action plan,
  • to present your project to others (partners, financiers, etc.),
  • to limit and control the risks involved in launching your project.
