Enhancement and standardisation

Once an initial analysis or audit has been carried out, you notice that your data are not consistent.

For instance:
  • you are prospecting in a particular economic sector and you do not have information about all the companies in this sector, in a specific geographic area.
  • Or you have information on all the companies, but this information is incomplete: you do not know the names of the financial director or the purchasing manager who are your main targets. 
  • Perhaps you notice that the data are not uniform or standardised: the way in which a position is written, the gender of a person, their title or telephone numbers, ...
