Expansion and the Walloon Prize for Quality: this is already a long story and a fine one.
In
December 2005, Expansion was selected by the
Mouvement Wallon de la Qualité as winner of the first Walloon Prize for Quality ("Business" category). This prize aims to promote improvement in the capabilities of an organisation with a view to constantly improving satisfaction levels among clients, staff, principals, subcontractors, ... The first time this award was organised, the focus was on the first two factors in the European excellence model, i.e. leadership, and strategy & planning.
In
2007, Expansion was also among the nominees for the Walloon Prize for Quality.

In December 2009, Expansion was once again a prize winner in the category "Eveil à l’Excellence” (Awakening to Excellence), which covers the criteria of “ Leadership ” and “ Strategy & Planning ”. This category is aimed at the leaders of organisations which, at their own level, have embarked upon a Quality process. According to the evaluators from the Mouvement Wallon de la Qualité, Expansion has clearly understood the added value of self-assessment and

constant improvement. The agency has put in place a series of tools, including : a quality actions register, quality targets allocated to each member of staff, a bonus plan based on improvement criteria, analysis of key performance indicators, etc. Read the

Expansion has already set its sights on the next level in two years time : the EFQM.
